The perfect day…
…..in London.
It was Sunday - no work!!
The train was on time - When the timetable says 12.04pm, the train comes at 12.04pm.
The Underground was not crowded - I actually had a place to sit.
The weather was cold but sunny - It was nice, feeling the cold wind blowing on your face. Great walking weather.
The pub was warm and friendly, food was tasty - Thai food cooked by real Thai people.
The company was familiar and cosy - It’s always great to meet up with friends who are not married, don’t have kids, who think that we must, must have as much fun as possible before we hit 30. Especially if they have lots of nice arm mus-cles for you to squeeze.
The walk after lunch in Hyde Park was lovely - Mr. Trader was even tempted to buy a painting for his flat in Zurich.
The shopping was good - I found a pair of gorgeous boots for £25.99, bargain!
Yes we promised that we must do this more often. We’ll see.
