Sometimes I think someone up there is trying to test me. I mean really really test me. I am THE MOST fickle person on earth. I mean I can’t make any decisions. Can’t even decide which fucking sandwich I want for lunch. Didn’t help with Mr Married-but-now-Separated tapping his feet behind me because I changed my mind at the last minute. The chicken looked off ok? This is difficult. And probably the only person who knows is my sis. I picture her rolling her eyes now. Did I also mention that I have the self-control/attention span of an ant? Does not bode well. But why decide today when you can put if off until tomorrow? Or the next day? Or whenever….

And my holiday plans? Everything has to be reshuffled now because my passport needs to be handed in to the Home Office to process some Extended Leave to Stay thing. Makes me feel criminal not having a passport. Also kinda trapped. It takes 6 to 8 fucking weeks to process. Which means that I can’t go to Cork in February to see Junior and I can’t go to Zurich in March to see Mr. Trader and do a spot of skiing as planned. Plane tickets have even been bought. And it took a lot of reshuffling of plans, transferring of plane tickets, being put on hold, so now my sis is coming to see me and I am going skiing in Glencoe(!) instead. So no Swiss birds for Mr. Trader and I won’t be sipping hot chocolate in a café somewhere in the Swiss Alps. Bollocks. And Junior won’t have the pleasure of my company in Cock….oops I mean Cork. Well I did say we can go to Manchester.

Let’s hope I can get my passport back in time to go back to Penang. Unfortunately, there’s no fucking way we can get the whole of Penang over here.
